Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Geneva to support boutique operations, client service and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations: welcome clients, prepare and follow up on appointments, and assist sales advisors during client interactions.
  • Contribute to client service excellence through thoughtful clienteling, administrative follow-up and maintenance of client records under supervision.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, including window dressing, product rotation and replenishment to uphold brand presentation.
  • Receive, check and process deliveries; assist with stock movements, tagging, replenishment and periodic inventory counts.
  • Perform boutique administrative tasks such as POS support, daily till reconciliation assistance, filing and preparing client communications.
  • Ensure the boutique environment meets brand housekeeping and presentation standards, including packaging, gift-wrapping and display upkeep.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, data protection and brand confidentiality protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from tertiary education (business, fashion, hospitality, retail or related discipline).
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver attentive client service.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, particularly for stock handling and merchandising tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Legal right to work in Switzerland for the duration of the internship.

Experience
