Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern in Barcelona to support boutique operations, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing procedures, visual presentation and housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
- Assist sales advisors with client welcoming, appointment preparation and clienteling activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on client requests and assist with after‑sales service coordination.
- Contribute to merchandising tasks: replenishment, stock rotation, price tagging and window/fixture presentation under guidance from Visual Merchandising.
- Participate in inventory control, incoming/outgoing stock checks and secure handling of high-value items.
- Provide administrative support: prepare sales documentation, process transactions and reconcile cash/registers under supervision.
- Support boutique events and VIP appointments, liaising with internal teams to deliver flawless in-store experiences.
- Shadow senior staff to learn product knowledge, selling techniques and brand heritage.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Marketing or related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming and a client-focused demeanour appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings; willingness to work retail shift patterns.
- High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential client information and valuable merchandise.
- Legal right to work in Spain.

Experience
Previous retail, hospitality or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory; client-facing experience or part-time retail work is a plus. The role is designed for candidates seeking practical, on-the-job exposure to luxury boutique operations.
