Boutique Assistant fixed-term position at Richemont in Florence, Italy. Support luxury retail operations in a premium boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and product knowledge to boutique customers
- Support sales transactions and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising compliance
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and client relationship building
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Fluency in Italian and English
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury goods environments is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (High School diploma or equivalent) required; further luxury retail or customer service training is advantageous.
