Cartier Boutique Assistant in Dallas—luxury retail hospitality role supporting exceptional client experiences in a long-term temporary assignment. $23–$24/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey from beginning to end, aligned with Cartier brand values
  • Assist boutique team front-of-house and back-of-house with client treatment including appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization activities such as gift wrapping and food and beverage service
  • Support appointment workflows by assisting sales associates with discovery and pre-appointment browsing activities
  • Manage boutique traffic flow and daily appointment booking tool (RDV) operations as needed
  • Maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and Client Services areas to ensure optimal presentation
  • Maintain and replenish daily supplies for sales and hospitality areas; support the order process and storage organization
  • Facilitate elevated client personal services including restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, and concierge-level support
  • Assist with phone duties, including incoming call management, message retrieval, and appointment setting
  • Process client requests for complimentary personalization services such as strap changes, watch sizing, steam cleaning, and engraving
  • Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing operations
  • Partner with Operations Coordinator to manage inventory maintenance of non-sellable items
  • Support special projects and operational excellence initiatives
  • Uphold Cartier standards through professional appearance, manner, and demeanor
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative boutique environment while maintaining industry knowledge and awareness of market trends

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with technology platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Capability to work extended periods standing, walking, and frequent bending or kneeling
  • Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 45 pounds regularly
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training as needed
  • High energy and physical stamina to work in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to safely handle glassware during hosting and service operations

Experience
