Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant in Dallas — deliver exceptional client service and support boutique operations for a leading luxury maisons network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to clients and VIP customers, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Support daily boutique operations: greet clients, manage appointments, process transactions at point of sale, and ensure accurate cash and payment handling.
- Maintain and execute brand visual merchandising and presentation standards, including window displays, product placement and boutique housekeeping.
- Assist with inventory control: receive and reconcile deliveries, perform stock counts, prepare merchandise for client appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, product knowledge and participation in in-store events or private viewings.
- Adhere to compliance, loss-prevention and security procedures for high-value merchandise and confidential client information.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and corporate support functions (clienteling/CRM, management) to escalate client requests and coordinate after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury goods, watches, fine jewellery or premium accessories (typically 1–3 years preferred).
- Polished professional presentation and a customer-first demeanour appropriate to haute-luxe environments.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with experience meeting or exceeding commercial targets.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling competency; familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
