Cartier Brussels seeks a temporary Boutique Assistant to welcome clients, manage operations, and support the sales team in this entry-level luxury retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival in the boutique, establishing a premium first impression
- Manage client wait times by providing information and storytelling about the Cartier Maison and boutique offerings
- Assist Sales Associates throughout transactions, including gift wrapping and discreet task support
- Execute client services such as strap changes and minor adjustments as required
- Maintain the boutique environment to impeccable standards, including opening and closing setup
- Replenish selling floor supplies daily, including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, wrapping paper, and client beverages
