Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, discreet client service consistent with the brand's luxury standards: greet clients, build rapport, and deliver personalised shopping experiences.
• Support the sales cycle including product presentation, inventory consultation, appointment management and private client follow-up.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the boutique point-of-sale system and manage cash-handling and reconciliation procedures as required.
• Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; assist with window and floor displays, stock rotation and housekeeping.
• Support stock management activities: receive and unpack deliveries, perform inventory counts and reconcilie stock records with sales.
• Assist with clienteling activities and CRM updates to ensure accurate client profiles, purchase histories and post-sale service.
• Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures and escalate client or operational issues to the store manager.

Qualifications

• Professional, polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to adapt tone and approach to a high-net-worth clientele.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory control.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Preferably 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury retail or boutique environments is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or training in retail, fashion, hospitality or related fields is preferred.
