Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant in Beverly Hills, California. Full-time luxury retail role offering $25–$27/hr with comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure smooth boutique operations
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including boutique setup and breakdown
- Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling with accurate backstock maintenance
- Accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and desks with necessary materials
- Maintain strong partnership with management and boutique administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition
- Greet clients and assist with reception duties to deliver exceptional client experience
- Respect all protocols defined by management and corporate regarding client experience and service standards
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels brand image by maintaining professional demeanor and adhering to the Service Charter
- Support Sales Associates in delivering exceptional customer service
- Participate actively in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Computer proficiency, particularly with SAP software
- Excellent communication and verbal abilities
- Professional demeanor and commitment to service excellence
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
