Boutique Assistant at Richemont Chloe in Bal Harbour, Florida—luxury retail role offering customer service and operational support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests entering the boutique, ensuring an exceptional client experience and providing beverage service as appropriate
  • Assist the sales team by fetching and wrapping products, managing client beverage service, maintaining coat check, and executing administrative tasks such as faxing and copying
  • Support the sales team with handling service items and coordinating with the operations team for repairs and maintenance
  • Execute comprehensive inventory management including cycle counts, daily reconciliation, quality control, merchandise tagging, and auditing within the Boutique Inventory Tool
  • Manage daily replenishment and ordering of operational supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures, store set-up and breakdown, and merchandise shipment preparation and packaging
  • Ensure compliance with Chloe security and operational procedures, audit requirements, and regulatory protocols such as tax exemption forms and external transaction documentation
  • Maintain adherence to visual merchandising guidelines, actively participate in daily showcase setup, and ensure proper stock replenishment throughout the boutique
  • Develop and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Chloe brand, products, and heritage to communicate brand purpose and core values effectively

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends and flexibility in scheduling
  • Basic computer skills including tablet and PC proficiency
  • Physical ability to stand on feet for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Passion for the Chloe brand and luxury fashion
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of customer service priorities and needs
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask with precision
  • Professional personal appearance, manner, and demeanor
