Richemont seeks a Boutique Assistant (long-term temporary) in Aventura, FL to support sales, client service and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service to clientele in a luxury boutique, proactively building and maintaining client relationships.
- Support sales activities including clienteling, product presentation, and upselling to achieve boutique targets and KPIs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, and assist with cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising according to brand guidelines; refresh displays and ensure stock is presented immaculately.
- Receive, inspect and manage inventory; assist with stock replenishment, tagging and record-keeping.
- Support store operations and events, including private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate with regional teams as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of client data and adhere to brand procedures for client information and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium-brand boutique; experience with clienteling is highly valued.
- Impeccable grooming, professional presentation and a service-oriented demeanour consistent with luxury-brand standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and special events; ability to commit to a long-term temporary assignment.
- Authorized to work in the United States with relevant documentation.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of retail experience, ideally within luxury, high-end fashion, watches or jewellery boutiques. Demonstrated track record of client relationship building and achieving sales targets is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus.
