Cartier Aventura Boutique Assistant role offering $24–$25/hr. Support luxury client experiences in high-end retail hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming boutique environment aligned with Cartier values, promoting seamless client journeys from arrival to departure
- Support sales associates with appointment preparation, product discovery activities, client entertainment, and sales finalization including gift wrapping and beverage service
- Manage boutique traffic flow and appointment booking operations via the RDV system
- Maintain visual standards in wrap rooms and Client Services areas, including inventory replenishment and organization of storage spaces
- Execute personalized client services including strap changes, watch sizing, steam cleaning, cord changes, engraving, and embossing requests
- Assist with phone operations including call reception, message retrieval, and appointment scheduling
- Facilitate elevated client experiences through assistance with directions, restaurant reservations, entertainment requests, and special occasion arrangements
- Support daily boutique opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising setup, and special project initiatives
- Uphold security and operational procedures while maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and local market competition
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while projecting professionalism in appearance, manner, and communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills
- Physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to approximately 45 pounds
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and flexibility for training-related travel
- Ability to climb stairs and work comfortably in compact back-of-house spaces
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong client-centric orientation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further formal education not specified but professional development and industry training will be provided.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 25 per hour.
