Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant Apprentice role in London—two-year apprenticeship in luxury jewelry retail with comprehensive training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Associates during client presentations by welcoming guests, offering refreshments, and presenting products
- Prepare and expertly wrap jewelry products for delivery
- Process sales transactions, prepare product documentation, and follow payment procedures
- Support the sales team with daily clienteling activities and client relationship management
- Maintain brand visual identity standards through visual merchandising and daily boutique maintenance
- Assist with event organization and promotional activities
- Perform authorized customer service activities including polishing and engraving
- Welcome clients upon arrival, manage waiting experiences, and offer boutique tours and product catalogues
- Prepare and organize back-office sales tools, catalogues, and packaging materials
- Execute operational tasks including stock counts, safe replenishment, price tag updates, and inventory management
- Monitor consumable supplies including beverages, stationery, and service materials
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and presentation standards across counters, displays, and window installations
- Attend specialist training sessions to develop professional knowledge and skills
