Cartier Amsterdam seeks a Boutique Assistant Intern to support luxury retail operations and client service in jewelry and watches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival in the boutique with exceptional courtesy and attentiveness
- Manage client waiting time by providing information and storytelling about the Maison and boutique offerings
- Assist sales associates throughout transactions, including gift wrapping and discreet support with sales-related tasks
- Execute client services such as cordon changes and other quick maintenance needs
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and assist with daily setup and breakdown for opening and closing procedures
- Support daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong customer focus and collaborative team spirit
- Passion for the Cartier Maison and the luxury sector
