Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client service and product expertise to luxury boutique customers
- Assist clients with product selection, styling advice, and purchase transactions
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising displays
- Process point-of-sale transactions and manage cash handling procedures
- Support inventory management and stockroom organization
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a luxury retail environment
