Cartier Amsterdam seeks a Boutique Assistant to welcome clients and support sales operations in a luxury jewelry retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival in the boutique
- Manage waiting times by providing storytelling and information about the Maison and boutique offerings
- Assist Sales Associates throughout transactions, including gift wrapping and discretionary support
- Execute client services such as minor adjustments and quick repairs as needed
- Maintain the boutique's environment and assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Replenish selling floor supplies including shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, and client beverages
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch
- Strong customer focus and genuine team spirit
- Passion for the Cartier Maison and luxury sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
