Cartier Paris internship: 6-month Boutique Ambassador role combining customer experience, finishing services, and retail operations. January 2027 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody the Cartier brand image and values through exemplary conduct and meticulous grooming standards
- Welcome clients, ascertain their intentions, facilitate seating, process beverage orders, and ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage beverage and catering station provisioning and daily operational upkeep within the boutique
- Execute gift packaging, prepare guarantee certificates and authentication documents, and verify serial numbers prior to sales completion
- Perform engraving, embossing, jewelry cleaning, and watch sizing services following dedicated training
- Maintain the sales floor and back-office organization, cleanliness, and optimal display readiness
- Prepare and stock sales tables with all requisite tools and materials
- Identify and communicate maintenance needs to management
- Coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat level or higher (Bac +2, Bac +3, or Bac +4)
- Fluent English and French (obligatory)
