Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Administrator in Vancouver. Full-time role managing inventory, logistics, and operations compliance. $30–$32/hr CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure fluid sales operations and seamless client experience
- Prepare and submit accounting paperwork in a timely manner to support financial processes
- Organize and facilitate weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance to finance and auditing teams as requested
- Ensure all documentation complies with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies, maintaining accurate audit scores
- Execute shipping, receiving, and transfer operations with 100% tagging accuracy for outgoing and incoming repairs
- Manage supply ordering and boutique maintenance tasks to facilitate the sales process
- Communicate clearly and concisely with boutique management and external vendors to maintain productive business relationships
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to 100% accuracy in inventory and tagging operations
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and boutique operations software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with boutique management and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of luxury retail operations and high-security protocols
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail operations, boutique administration, or high-security retail environments is preferred. Knowledge of inventory management systems and familiarity with audit processes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary training in business administration or retail operations is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 32 per hour.
