Richemont seeks a Boutique Administrator in Seoul — administrative support for luxury boutique operations, inventory and client file management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the boutique manager and retail team, including correspondence, scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) administration: process transactions, perform daily till reconciliations and assist with cash handling procedures.
- Maintain and update client files and the boutique CRM; prepare and distribute client communications and appointment confirmations.
- Support inventory administration: receive and document incoming stock, execute stock transfers, assist with periodic stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Prepare routine operational reports (sales summaries, stock movements, petty cash logs) and escalate variances to management.
- Coordinate logistical tasks with logistics/warehouse and regional offices, including shipping documentation and returns processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies on merchandising, privacy, loss prevention and visual standards; assist with onboarding administrative tasks for new boutique staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business administration, hospitality or retail management preferred.
- Demonstrable administrative experience in a retail or luxury boutique environment, ideally 1–3 years.
- Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under deadline.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information and high-value merchandise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to liaise across functions and with external service providers.

1–3 years of administrative or operational experience within retail, preferably in luxury goods or boutique environments; experience with POS systems and inventory procedures strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
