Richemont is hiring a Boutique Administrator in Monterrey, Mexico. Administrative role supporting boutique operations, inventory and client coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the boutique leadership, ensuring seamless execution of store operations.
  • Manage cash handling, till reconciliation and daily banking procedures in strict accordance with brand controls.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory records, coordinate stock movements and support stocktake activities.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational reports (sales, cash, stock discrepancies) to regional management and headquarters.
  • Coordinate client appointments, delivery logistics and after-sales documentation in partnership with sales and client services teams.
  • Administer petty cash, invoices and basic bookkeeping tasks; liaise with finance for reconciliations and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with brand visual, retail and legal standards, including documentation, filing and record retention.
  • Act as a primary administrative contact for internal stakeholders (HR, finance, logistics) and external service providers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical diploma in business, retail or administration preferred.
  • 13 years of administrative or retail operations experience; prior experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
  • Proven accuracy in cash handling and basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and discretion handling confidential client and financial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Flexible availability to support boutique hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
