Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare specialty coffee beverages to high standards, including milk steaming and latte art
  • Operate espresso machines with precision, including dialing grind settings and weighing espresso portions according to established recipes
  • Provide outstanding personalized customer service that reflects the Maison's commitment to excellence
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
