Richemont seeks Part-Time Barista in London to prepare and serve specialty beverages in a luxury hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all café equipment and work stations
- Deliver personalized guest service and manage customer interactions with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies; communicate reorder requirements
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational flow
Qualifications
- Barista certification or equivalent formal training in coffee preparation
- Demonstrated proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Knowledge of specialty coffee varieties, origins, and flavor profiles
