Barista position at Maison Alaïa, London. Part-time specialty coffee role in luxury boutique café setting within Richemont.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages to high standards, including milk steaming and latte art
- Operate espresso machines with precision, including dialing grind settings and weighing espresso portions according to established recipes
- Provide outstanding personalized customer service that reflects the Maison's commitment to excellence
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process payments accurately
- Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Ensure the café remains impeccably clean and well-presented throughout service
- Engage confidently with clientele to enhance their experience

Qualifications
- Previous specialty coffee experience with demonstrated milk steaming and latte art proficiency
