Richemont is hiring a Back Office Executive in Abu Dhabi. Join the team to manage regional retail operations and administrative processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day back‑office operations for the regional office and retail network, including order processing, stock reconciliations and documentation control.
  • Prepare and validate administrative and financial paperwork — invoices, credit notes and supplier documents — ensuring accuracy and timely submission to relevant teams.
  • Maintain and update inventory and sales records across ERP/stock systems and internal databases, supporting month‑end and ad‑hoc reporting.
  • Coordinate with boutiques, logistics partners and central teams to resolve stock discrepancies, returns and deliveries, ensuring service levels are met.
  • Support CRM and after‑sales processes by inputting customer service cases, repair orders and warranty information, and tracking resolution progress.
  • Produce routine operational reports and KPIs; identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate procedures, local regulations and internal controls while safeguarding confidential commercial information.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative competence with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years in back‑office, retail operations, order management or administrative roles; experience within luxury retail, wholesale or distribution is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
