Richemont Back-Office Administrator position in Seoul; manage luxury repair operations, quality control, and client documentation for a Technical Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct final visual and quality inspections of repaired products, verifying repair work aligns with client requests and quotations
- Verify product information and service documentation for accuracy and consistency prior to delivery
- Manage the operational process from repair completion through final delivery, preparing repaired timepieces for sealing and handover
- Prepare final invoices and client-related documentation with accuracy
- Maintain and process service-related documentation and records
- Manage replaced spare parts generated from completed repairs in accordance with internal procedures
- Liaise with technicians and stakeholders regarding discrepancies both physically and systematically
- Coordinate and follow up on issues identified during the service process concerning faulty or damaged products
- Prepare monthly service reports and maintain relevant operational data
- Manage and order operational tools, equipment, and supplies
- Support continuous improvement of service processes by identifying recurring issues and operational opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Strong English literacy
- Outstanding computer skills with ability to learn new software applications quickly
- SAP experience preferred
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused approach with positive 'can-do' attitude
