Role & Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for B2C payment activations, ensuring compliance with Group operational procedures and regulatory requirements (3DS, PSD2, GDPR, PCI, Scheme rules)
• Establish and optimize customer payment operational processes and procedures in collaboration with Retail, Digital, Anti-Fraud, Security, Technology, and Finance stakeholders
• Serve as escalation point for critical operational matters and facilitate integration of newly acquired businesses into Richemont's B2C payment framework
• Coordinate contractual review, contract signature, and maintain centralized repository for contract data
• Identify and address bottlenecks within payment operations; design streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Analyze payment flows, identify configuration inefficiencies, propose solutions to reduce transaction fees, and optimize payment methods across global markets
• Develop and maintain standardized support model for B2C payment operational queries; oversee payment platforms user access and accounts management (Adye, Paypal, myAccess)
• Coordinate change management activities related to payment terminal fleet upgrades and regulatory changes
• Develop comprehensive training materials and empower regional teams through regular upskill sessions on B2C payment processing best practices
• Maintain robust knowledge management database to capture, structure, and retain internal payment process knowledge
• Lead and manage multiple regional and global payment projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within defined milestones and KPIs
• Gather business requirements, organize design workshops, plan project organization and governance, and manage dependencies and risks
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, maintaining stakeholder mapping and escalation routes
• Ensure meticulous documentation of weekly project updates, audit trails, issues, and actions
• Plan and facilitate steering meetings with senior stakeholder groups, ensuring effective cross-functional communication
• Act as Business Owner, collaborating with scrum teams throughout payment product development cycle and contributing to payment product roadmaps

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, or Technology; MBA diploma preferred
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP certification, or equivalent project management qualification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Business in multicultural, matrixed environments
• 8+ years of experience managing projects at regional and global level with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in omnichannel B2C environment and/or Customer Payment Services
• Proven track record managing global operations including business process improvement, supplier management, and global contracts
• Solid experience in agile project management
• Demonstrated expertise in leading distributed cross-functional teams
• Sound knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and analytics tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio

10+ years in Finance or Business within multicultural, matrixed environments; 8+ years managing regional and global projects with cross-functional teams; 5+ years in omnichannel B2C environments and/or Customer Payment Services; proven expertise in global operations, business process improvement, supplier management, and global contract administration; proficiency with data, analytics, and agile project management; demonstrated leadership of distributed cross-functional teams.

Education

University degree in Finance, Business, or Technology; MBA diploma preferred. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP certification, or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
