Richemont seeks an AVP, Regional Group Marketing in New York to lead Americas brand marketing across maisons and channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement a cohesive regional marketing strategy for the Americas that elevates maison positioning and drives brand desirability across markets and channels.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional regional marketing team and matrix stakeholders, fostering collaboration among maison-level marketing leads, retail, wholesale and digital teams.
- Plan and manage regional marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, product launches and key market initiatives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated brand campaigns — including ATL/BTL, digital, social, CRM and experiential activations — ensuring consistency with maison guidelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners, setting briefs, KPIs and quality controls to deliver work aligned to luxury standards.
- Drive clienteling and CRM strategies in partnership with retail and client experience teams to convert high-value customer segments and VIP programmes.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness, market share growth and ROI, and recommend data-driven optimisations.
- Manage regional launch calendars and ensure successful alignment between product, commercial and communications timetables across the Americas.
- Represent Group Marketing in regional leadership forums and act as a senior liaison between maisons and corporate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury brand marketing with experience managing regional or multi-brand programs across the Americas.
- Demonstrable track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drove brand equity and commercial results.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence senior maison leaders and external partners.
- Experience working with creative and media agencies, CRM platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the Americas.

Significant progressive experience in luxury or premium-brand marketing, typically 8+ years with demonstrable leadership of regional or multi-brand initiatives across the Americas.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
