Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audio and video quality testing of new videoconferencing and AV devices to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Contribute to the development of videoconferencing and AV offerings and maintain the AV catalog
• Support the integration of videoconferencing systems with the IT environment while ensuring cyber-security compliance
• Contribute to the architecture and governance of management platforms and network and identity design related to videoconferencing
• Collaborate on the definition of business and technical requirements for audio-visual solutions
• Participate in technology watch and proof-of-concept development
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documents related to governance, architecture, infrastructure and support
• Work closely with network, identity management, and cyber-security teams to ensure seamless integration and security of AV solutions
• Provide technical advice to global teams that support videoconferencing and audio-visual solutions locally

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Administrator experience with at least one videoconferencing solution, with Microsoft Teams experience preferred
• Experience assessing audio and video quality of videoconferencing and AV hardware and software
• Sound understanding of network principles, identity management concepts, and cyber-security best practices
• Knowledge of IT integration of AV devices, including MDM and management platforms
• Familiarity with Digital Signage concepts and solutions
• Ability to write clear and concise design documents for technical peers and end users
• Comfort with technical discussions regarding interconnected environments and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

Skills

Experience

Demonstrated experience with videoconferencing platform administration and audio-visual hardware and software quality assessment. Proven experience in IT systems integration, network management, and cybersecurity implementation. Evidence of collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams on complex infrastructure projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical expertise in audio-visual systems and IT infrastructure.
