Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored client service and product consultations to English- and Chinese-speaking customers in the Ginza boutique.

- Manage transactions, inventory receiving and stock maintenance using boutique POS and CRM procedures.
- Support after-sales processes including servicing coordination, warranty registration and liaising with regional service centres.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation consistent with A. Lange & Söhne brand guidelines.
- Participate in product training, internal workshops and team briefings to deepen product and horological knowledge.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) as stated in the role title.
- Right to work in Japan.
- Professional demeanor with immaculate grooming and the ability to represent a high-end luxury maison.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage discerning clientele.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium goods with a demonstrable track record of client development and meeting sales targets. Prior boutique or brand‑house experience is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational or tertiary qualification in hospitality, retail management or a related field preferred.
