Richemont seeks AVP Supply Chain Planning in New York to lead Watches & Jewelry supply chain transformation across North America. $190K–$230K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the supply chain planning team, ensuring optimal product flow from distribution centers to boutiques and external wholesale partners
- Define and execute inventory strategies that maximize product availability while maintaining healthy stock levels and seasonal readiness across the boutique network
- Execute merchandising strategies by ensuring timely product assortment deployment and lead stock rebalancing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities
- Partner closely with Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Logistics functions to align planning with Maison strategy and commercial priorities
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams in Switzerland to represent North American business priorities and ensure consistent product flow towards the region
- Participate in new collection launches by defining launch strategies, forecasting demand, and determining initial inventory allocations in partnership with Merchandising and Marketing
- Build strong partnerships with boutique teams through regular visits, providing guidance on operational processes and tools while gathering feedback to elevate client experience
- Define and execute the Supply Chain Planning transformation roadmap, simplifying processes while driving automation and operational efficiency
- Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards providing actionable insights to business stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytics and digital tools
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence through communication, collaboration, and training across boutiques and corporate teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives and transformation programs
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience leveraging data to support business decisions
- Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics (Looker preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated capability to engage and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels

Experience
Minimum 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations. Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, developing teams, and partnering across global organizations. Preferred experience in luxury goods, watches, jewelry, or premium consumer goods sectors.
Education
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
