Richemont seeks Associate Vice President for Sales Operations in New York to lead North America distribution, logistics, and team of high-performing professionals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize distribution flows across North America for retail and wholesale channels, ensuring flawless product delivery to boutiques and external partners
  • Coordinate client firm orders with boutiques, external partners, and commercial teams; manage back-order portfolios and delivery prioritization
  • Oversee consignment lifecycle management, including buybacks and product returns coordination
  • Support product allocation and operational execution for commercial and marketing events
  • Coordinate physical product flows with Richemont logistics teams from distribution centers to boutiques, external partners, and clients
  • Monitor logistics performance and collaborate with Richemont to ensure timely and compliant deliveries
  • Conduct stock rebalancing initiatives between boutiques and coordinate purchase order creation for new product launches
  • Ensure timely investigation, resolution, and reporting of claims related to overpacks, shortpacks, and inventory discrepancies
  • Partner with Operations Excellence Team to simplify and standardize operational processes while building next-generation capabilities
  • Develop advanced dashboards and KPIs to improve operational visibility and decision-making
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence
  • Lead change management through communication, collaboration, and training to ensure strong adoption across boutiques and corporate teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or Retail Operations
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner seamlessly with global headquarters and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced experience leveraging data to support business decisions
  • Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and performance metrics
  • SAP proficiency
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experience with a customer-first mindset
