Richemont seeks Associate Security Technology Engineer in Meyrin to deploy OT/IoT security technologies across manufacturing environments and support Group security strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and implement OT/IoT security monitoring technologies across manufacturing and operational environments in line with Group Security standards
- Serve as the operational Group OT security interface for Manufacturing entities, selected Maisons, and Group Platforms and Technologies
- Translate defined Group OT/IoT security strategy requirements into operable and scalable security technology solutions
- Ensure OT/IoT security monitoring technologies remain operational, reliable, and deliver expected services within industrial availability and safety constraints
- Operate and manage OT/IoT security technologies within assigned scope, maintaining compliance with Group policies and applicable industry regulations
- Contribute to Group-level security initiatives and projects on the OT/IoT technology track, collaborating across regions, Maisons, and functions
- Maintain and update documentation for OT/IoT security technologies, including deployment, configuration, and operational procedures
- Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal stakeholders on the use of OT/IoT security technologies in manufacturing environments
- Contribute to and support OT Security Operations Center (SOC) development
- Support the CSIRT/FUSION Center in case of OT/IT security incidents
- Manage and contribute to projects across Group Security Technology
- Provide general technical support within Group Security Technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Proven experience in OT/IoT security or systems, ideally evidenced by relevant industry certifications
- Hands-on experience in technical engineering and operational environments
- Experience working on cross-functional team projects
- Experience in multinational, global environments
- Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of OT/IoT common protocols and standards
- Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud Security
- Exposure to industrial environments including manufacturing and production systems
- Experience collaborating with plant engineers, automation teams, or industrial vendors
- Excellent proficiency in English and French

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology or Computer Science, with proven hands-on involvement in technical engineering and operational environments. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders such as plant engineers and industrial vendors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualification. Industry certifications in OT/IoT security or related cybersecurity domains are advantageous.
