Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive 360° regional strategy for all L'Ecole activities, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and local context
  • Define and orchestrate courses, conferences, exhibitions, publications, nomadic programs, and B2B initiatives with appropriate local relevance
  • Establish attendance objectives, measure performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and strengthen networks of key institutional and academic partners in collaboration with L'Ecole Services and regional teams
  • Serve as ambassador for L'Ecole in public-facing initiatives including press, PR, sponsorship, and events
  • Formalize strategic and yearly operational plans aligned with L'Ecole Services and regional priorities
  • Monitor budget and P&L performance in close coordination with regional finance leadership
  • Ensure appropriate organizational structure and governance of L'Ecole programs, identifying gaps and contributing to solutions
  • Facilitate communication and information flow across all stakeholder teams including L'Ecole Services, Richemont contacts, and regional executives
  • Actively engage with regional leadership to identify synergies between L'Ecole initiatives and the broader Maison presence

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in cultural, academic, or scientific environments
  • Strong knowledge of the United States cultural landscape and local institutional networks
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives at regional or national scale
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial planning
  • Track record of building and leveraging strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • International experience preferred
