Richemont seeks Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis for watch maisons division in New York. Lead FP&A strategy for luxury timepiece brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for the watch maisons division
- Develop comprehensive financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis across watch brands and regional markets
- Collaborate with operational and commercial leadership to align financial targets with business strategy
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior management and board reviews
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members within the FP&A function
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis
- Proven experience in luxury goods, retail, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and variance analysis
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and business intelligence tools
- Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages (French, Italian, or German) a strong asset
Skills
Experience
10+ years in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance roles, with demonstrated progression to senior levels. Direct experience within luxury goods, high-end manufacturing, or selective retail strongly preferred. Proven success leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
Education
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA credential highly valued.
