Richemont seeks an Assistant Store Director in Paris to lead boutique operations, manage teams, and drive sales performance in luxury jewelry and watches retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage the boutique team, ensuring optimal organizational structure and actively building a talent pipeline for career progression
- Oversee team performance monitoring, compensation reviews, bonus administration, and staff development through career committees, semi-annual reviews, and personalized development plans
- Drive daily team engagement, coaching, motivation, and training across sales and after-sales service departments
- Assist the store director in developing dynamic performance improvement plans informed by competitive analysis and deep market understanding
- Deploy and monitor action plans to achieve boutique and maison targets, balancing monthly, daily, and individual KPI tracking
- Optimize boutique profitability by supporting data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
- Support elevated and professional customer service delivery while serving as a maison ambassador
- Deploy and oversee CRM program ROI initiatives to strengthen VIP relationships and client retention
- Manage boutique operations including cash handling, inventory supervision, and financial reporting compliance
- Ensure timely completion of all boutique reporting and administrative deliverables
- Oversee boutique expense management and budget discipline
- Apply group and maison policies, procedures, and guidelines across all operational areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar customer-facing leadership environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and performance analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in luxury retail store management, assistant manager, or equivalent supervisory role, with demonstrated success in leading boutique operations and developing high-performing teams.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or higher; formal training in retail management, business administration, or luxury goods is advantageous.
