Richemont seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Paris to support luxury boutique operations and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Director in managing daily retail operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and luxury brand presentation guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock control, and product replenishment processes
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance targets
- Maintain store security, health, and safety protocols
- Foster a high-performance retail culture aligned with the brand's luxury positioning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or hospitality
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and clienteling practices

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within a premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); further training in retail management, hospitality, or business administration is desirable.
