Assistant Store Manager position at Richemont luxury retail store in Cannes, France. Lead retail operations and team management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and facility maintenance
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards compliance
- Assist in training new staff members on product knowledge and customer service protocols
- Support the Store Manager in implementing company policies and strategic retail initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and contribute to revenue optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience
