Richemont Assistant Store Manager
Richemont seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Barcelona to support boutique operations, drive sales and deliver luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through coaching, performance monitoring and active selling.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships with VIP and prospective clients via clienteling and CRM follow-up.
- Lead daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and adherence to security and loss-prevention protocols.
- Supervise and develop the sales team: schedule rotas, provide on-the-floor coaching, conduct briefings, and support recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage merchandising and visual standards to uphold brand presentation, coordinate inventory control and stock replenishment, and assist with store-level reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and boutique-specific SOPs, and liaise with regional management on commercial and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people-management capability with the ability to motivate a luxury retail team.
- Commercial acumen with strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a premium retail environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-first orientation and polished presentation.
- Organisational rigour and numeracy to manage stock, cash procedures and sales reporting accurately.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; readiness for occasional travel to regional meetings if required.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity within a premium or luxury house.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
