Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of VIP experiences and client events in Paris, from concept development to on-site execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders — client relations, marketing, retail and visual teams — to align event content, guest lists and brand standards.
- Manage administrative project tasks: timelines, supplier briefs, budget tracking, contracts and invoices under the supervision of the project lead.
- Liaise with external vendors and venues to secure services (catering, production, transport) and ensure flawless logistical execution.
- Produce event materials and presentations, assist with on-site guest management and act as point of contact during activations.
- Collect and consolidate post-event reporting: attendee feedback, budget reconciliations and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support digital amplification of events by coordinating with social and CRM teams to deliver content and capture client data where applicable.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in event management, luxury management, marketing, communications or hospitality.
- Previous internship experience in events, clienteling, retail or marketing within the luxury sector is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with VIP clientele and suppliers.
- High attention to detail and discretion handling confidential guest information.

Previous internship(s) or hands-on project experience in events, experiential marketing, client relations or retail within the luxury sector; practical exposure to supplier coordination and on-site event delivery.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management, luxury brand management, marketing, communications or hospitality.
