Cartier internship in Paris: Planning Project Coordinator & Budget Analyst (6 months, Jan 2027). Strategic planning and communication budget support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring and coordination of short-, medium-, and long-term MCC strategic planning exercises
  • Assist in formalizing methodologies, calendars, templates, and deliverables for planning initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and ad-hoc transversal presentations
  • Monitor and ensure quality, harmonization, and visual consistency of all deliverables with high standards of rigor
  • Support formalization of strategic frameworks and guidelines for regional teams
  • Collaborate with the budget department to align regional priorities with resource allocation
  • Conduct strategic and prospective monitoring of macroeconomic, geopolitical, and luxury market developments
  • Analyze competitor financial results, market innovations, and evolving client behaviors
  • Collect, synthesize, and present intelligence from validated sources to identify strategic risks and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze competitor communication investments and 360° activations
  • Participate in communication budget upload analysis and maintain associated presentations
  • Support fiscal year-end closing and budget reconciliation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of budgeting tools, including Anaplan and Looker dashboards

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, university, or equivalent program pursuing Master 1 or Master 2
  • Minimum six months significant experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Fluent French and English
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking
