Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of the Grand Prairie site, ensuring efficient workflow across receiving, storage, order fulfilment and dispatch activities.
- Supervise, coach and deploy operational teams; manage staffing levels, shift patterns and performance to meet KPI targets.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and cycle counts; investigate and resolve variances in partnership with inventory and finance teams.
- Implement and enforce site standard operating procedures (SOPs), health & safety regulations and compliance with brand quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise throughput, reduce lead times and lower operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, customer service and transport partners to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
- Produce operational reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs (OTD, accuracy, productivity) and present findings to senior management.
- Manage third‑party logistics relationships, onsite contractors and facilities issues as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive operations experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics; supervisory experience required.
- Proven experience managing teams and meeting operational KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices, cycle counting and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Manhattan, or similar) preferred.
- Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.

At least 3–5 years in operations or logistics roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibility; prior exposure to luxury goods, watchmaking, jewellery or high‑value product handling is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
