Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Manager for Alhambra collection and special orders in New York. $80K–$90K, full-time, bonus eligible.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate 360 launch operations for Alhambra novelties, including internal training tool preparation, supply partner allocation, and post-launch quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Manage day-to-day Alhambra operations including range and novelty creation support, boutique inquiry management, rare material coordination, and special order processing
  • Generate weekly sales performance summaries for the Alhambra collection and conduct ad-hoc analyses on sales trends and client behavior to inform monthly animation strategies
  • Support Senior Manager in preparing HQ presentations and reports featuring product novelty and range trend performance insights for monthly business reviews
  • Develop and maintain boutique-level dashboards that integrate qualitative feedback with data-driven performance trends
  • Oversee special order operations and lead training and systems transition from Varuna to PEGA
  • Liaise closely with Supply Chain on Alhambra rare materials allocation and monitoring, ensuring transparent communication with headquarters and regional leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or retail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and service-oriented mindset for boutique support
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with advanced systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities
