Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end special orders process, including intake, design consultation, production coordination, and delivery
  • Oversee Alhambra collection customizations and personalization requests with precision and brand alignment
  • Liaise between clients, design studios, artisanal workshops, and logistics to ensure timely and flawless execution
  • Monitor order timelines and budgets, escalating risks and optimizing resource allocation
  • Maintain detailed order documentation and client communication records
  • Train and mentor junior staff on special orders protocols and client service excellence
  • Develop and refine processes to streamline operations and enhance client experience
  • Report on order volume, margins, and client satisfaction metrics to senior management
