Richemont seeks a Network Development Coordinator in New York to support boutique openings and renovations across North America.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of boutique openings and renovation projects across priority markets in North America
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all project phases
- Identify risks and escalate deviations to project leads to ensure on-time execution
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Client Services, Retail Operations, and Marketing teams on all project-related activities
- Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure proper follow-up on decisions and deliverables
- Maintain clear visibility on responsibilities and deadlines across all stakeholders
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and executive dashboards
- Consolidate project updates and support preparation of executive reporting materials
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all project management tools
- Apply and maintain project management templates, tools, and established ways of working
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coordination processes and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of professional experience in project management, consulting, retail operations, or business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven organizational and coordination capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional team environments
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of project management, consulting, retail operations, or business operations experience. Prior exposure to luxury retail, boutique development, or store network expansion is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
