Role & Responsibilities
- Support commercial strategy by ensuring proper product placement and stock depths within boutique network and online retail; propose and execute strategic inventory rebalancing
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with commercial teams and regional management as primary contact for merchandising inquiries
- Ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines by commercial teams; monitor key performance indicators related to transfers and client orders
- Oversee accurate fulfillment of distribution needs including new boutique launches, consignments, and ad hoc shipments with precise system entry and timely delivery
- Manage order processes and distribution of packaging and sales accessories
- Fulfill wholesale partner requests by responding to order availability inquiries and preparing bi-monthly model stock shipments
- Provide analytical feedback on boutique stock requests, packaging adjustments, seasonality trends, and related matters to planning, merchandising, marketing, and visual merchandising teams
- Support merchandising strategies and ad hoc initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum two years' experience in merchandising or supply chain roles, preferably in luxury goods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and quantitative aptitude
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Familiarity with SAP preferred

Minimum two years of professional experience in merchandising, supply chain, or related operations roles, preferably within the luxury goods sector. Experience managing inventory systems, coordinating product distribution, and liaising with cross-functional commercial teams is highly valued.
