Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant Manager, High Jewelry Assortment in New York—drive product strategy and sales across the Americas. $80K–$90K annual, bonus eligible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist network in reaching sales objectives through strategic product allocation and movements, ensuring inventory is positioned in high-potential markets in partnership with the Manager
- Monitor and analyze stock levels, identify gaps and opportunities to support the retail network
- Maintain and distribute up-to-date product knowledge tools reflective of network inventory to generate sales momentum
- Support the Manager with inbound/exports, transfers, and international rotation of High Jewelry creations
- Develop and execute product strategy for novelty launches, including internal tools preparation, pre-sales management, and post-launch qualitative analysis
- Execute pre- and post-event allocation activities, facilitate High Jewelry events, and coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Merchandising partners
- Update and organize stock analysis reporting on a regular basis
- Support public relations requirements for editorials, events, and consignment activities
- Collaborate with High Jewelry Marketing counterparts on allocation reviews, product coordination, and quality control status; maintain shared dashboards daily
- Oversee sellable inventory condition and coordinate quality control and repair priorities with the US workshop
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or retail environments
- High Jewelry product experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic jewelry terminology
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI considered advantageous
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Flexibility to travel as required for business needs

3+ years of professional experience in luxury marketing, merchandising, or retail operations, with demonstrated expertise in product strategy, inventory management, and team collaboration.
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
