Richemont Assistant HR Manager position in Hong Kong supporting Cost Planning and Controlling department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive human resources support to the Controlling and Cost Planning (CP & Controlling) department
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for assigned business units
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation-related processes
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution initiatives
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance files
- Liaise between the HR department and operational teams to address people-related matters
- Contribute to HR policy implementation and compliance with local labour regulations
Qualifications
- Secondary or tertiary education with relevant coursework in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR databases
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a multinational corporate or luxury retail environment. Experience supporting finance, controlling, or operational teams is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field preferred.
