Richemont seeks an Assistant Facilities Manager in Seoul to oversee maintenance operations, vendor management, and office infrastructure across its luxury portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management operations, including repairs and preventive maintenance
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for maintenance and repair activities
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment, facilities, office restacking, and renovations while ensuring regulatory compliance and licensing requirements
- Arrange regular maintenance of internal systems, including energy efficiency initiatives and equipment upgrades
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and appropriate service delivery; conduct pricing comparisons and negotiations
- Supervise maintenance works performed by technicians and contractors, including after-hours supervision
- Manage contracts and budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Maintain comprehensive records of work orders, proposals, and departmental documentation
- Manage vendor relationships to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Support office projects including restacking, environmental modifications, and facility expansion
- Collaborate with the Building Operations Support (BOS) Administrator and receptionists to deliver exceptional hospitality services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in facilities management or workplace operations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with agility and composure under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to emerging digital tools such as Looker and ERP systems
