IWC seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Tokyo to drive sales, develop teams, and maintain luxury service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual boutique sales and KPI targets established by the brand
- Set sales targets for all sales staff and provide daily team motivation and coaching
- Contribute to the training and development of sales personnel
- Maintain consistent communication and information sharing within the boutique during the Store Manager's absence
- Uphold company customer service standards and maintain brand-consistent customer interactions
- Deploy and manage customer data to maximize customer awareness and relationship building
- Manage boutique inventory, anticipate product needs, and optimize stock levels
- Assist the Store Manager with boutique operations including cash flow management, shipments, repairs, and security
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all team members
- Execute visual merchandising and branding directives from headquarters, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, and team grooming standards
- Embody brand values and maintain brand ambassadorship both within and outside the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer-facing sales experience in the luxury goods sector
- General knowledge of etiquette and refined social customs
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and practices
- Fluency in Japanese and English; proficiency in a third language is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving results with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
