Richemont is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Singapore — lead sales, coach teams and deliver luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique manager in achieving sales targets and local KPIs through proactive clienteling and team leadership.
  • Coach, motivate and develop sales consultants to deliver consistently high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, staff rostering, cash handling and adherence to company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences: oversee VIP appointments, after‑sales service, private viewings and relationship management.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain brand presentation standards across the boutique.
  • Control stock movements and inventory accuracy, coordinate stock replenishment and assist with cycle counts.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports for the boutique manager and regional leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention measures, local regulations and Richemont’s internal procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement of targets.
  • Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a premium or luxury boutique environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong organisational capability and attention to detail in operations and visual presentation.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and understanding of luxury service standards.

Experience

Typically 3+ years in luxury retail, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager position within a premium brand boutique.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
