Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in daily store operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with brand standards.
- Lead and coach boutique staff to achieve sales targets, elevate client experience and maintain exemplary product knowledge.
- Drive clienteling activities: develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP prospects.
- Oversee merchandising and visual presentation to preserve the brand’s aesthetic and ensure stock is presented according to global directives.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, receiving processes and periodic reconciliations in coordination with headquarters.
- Monitor boutique KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value) and produce operational feedback to line management.
- Ensure loss-prevention procedures, cash handling controls and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate appointments, in-store events and private viewings to support business development and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with polished interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a small retail team.
- Exceptional client service orientation with experience handling discerning and high-value clients.
- Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail, particularly in merchandising and stock management.
- Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into frontline actions that improve conversion and AOV.
- Professional appearance, discretion, cultural sensitivity and the capacity to represent a high‑end heritage brand.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years in luxury retail or premium hospitality with demonstrable sales leadership; prior experience in watches or luxury accessories is strongly preferred and experience supervising a small team is expected.
Education
Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in luxury retail.
