Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager position in San Jose. Support luxury retail operations and lead exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique management in daily operations and strategic planning
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising standards
- Lead and coordinate retail staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Ensure compliance with Richemont brand standards and operational protocols
- Manage boutique appearance, visual merchandising, and customer experience
