Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager in Riyadh – luxury retail operations and team leadership role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in the overall management and operations of the luxury boutique location
- Oversee daily sales floor activities and ensure exceptional customer service delivery aligned with brand standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development to build a high-performing sales team
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate replenishment to optimize product availability
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the boutique
- Implement and enforce loss prevention and security protocols to protect merchandise and brand assets
- Drive sales performance through floor leadership and assist with achieving boutique targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
- Support the execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal events
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail boutique management or similar high-end sales environment
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service
- Sales acumen with an understanding of retail operations and KPIs

- Fluency in Arabic and English required

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail boutique management, with direct experience supervising sales teams and managing daily boutique operations in a high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in retail management, business administration, or hospitality preferred.
