Richemont Assistant Boutique Manager position in New York on Fifth Avenue. Support luxury retail operations and client service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in all operational and commercial activities
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client service standards
- Manage inventory control and merchandising standards
- Monitor sales performance and achievement of boutique targets
- Maintain store visual presentation and compliance with brand guidelines
- Handle client inquiries and escalated concerns
- Coordinate with regional management on operational directives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of luxury retail experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
