Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily boutique operations and ensuring alignment with Company policies and Store Management guidelines
- Manage staffing issues, including planning shifts, rotas, and coordinating work assignments to maintain optimal store performance
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- Demonstrate key product and service features, linking them to customer challenges to drive sales and increase transaction value
- Provide advanced product and service information, responding to complex customer inquiries with expertise
- Lead day-to-day operations for assigned store departments, ensuring smooth workflow and team coordination
- Record and process custom and special orders, coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Handle issue escalations promptly and provide managerial approvals as needed
- Design and manage personal monthly schedule while assigning tasks to others to prioritize high-priority initiatives
- Present additional products and services during customer interactions to enhance customer experience and sales
