Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in all aspects of store operations and performance management
- Supervise sales associates and ensure adherence to luxury service standards
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise presentation
- Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring key performance indicators
- Maintain store security, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Provide coaching and training support to the retail team

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail management or retail operations
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
