Richemont is hiring an Assistant Boutique Manager in Macau — lead boutique operations, clienteling and sales for a luxury maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and local KPIs through daily coaching, floor leadership and performance management of the boutique team.
- Deliver exemplary luxury client service and clienteling, proactively building and maintaining high-value relationships and supporting CRM retention strategies.
- Lead boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, reconciliation, visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
- Drive local implementation of brand merchandising directives and seasonal floor sets to preserve maison visual standards and product integrity.
- Oversee receiving, inventory control and regular stock audits; liaise with regional logistics and loss-prevention teams to minimise shrinkage.
- Create duty rotas, manage timekeeping and support recruitment, onboarding and continuous training programs for sales staff.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to the Boutique Manager and regional management; contribute to action plans to recover underperforming KPIs.
- Act as the boutique’s ambassador for brand values, ensuring compliance with company policies, service protocols and boutique-level health & safety rules.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-end boutique environment.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills, with the ability to cultivate and retain affluent clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the capacity to motivate a multicultural team.
- Sound numeracy, organisational skills and attention to detail in operations, stock control and cash handling.
- Professional presentation and thorough knowledge of luxury service standards.

Education
