Richemont is recruiting an Assistant Boutique Manager in London to support boutique operations and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily store operations and commercial performance
- Lead and mentor the retail team to deliver outstanding client service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Contribute to sales targets and inventory management
- Handle client relations and resolve complaints with professionalism
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or equivalent senior retail role
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team management experience
- Strong commercial acumen and sales track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of luxury brand values and clienteling practices

3+ years in luxury retail management or equivalent senior retail supervisory role.
Education
