Assistant Boutique Manager position at Alfred Dunhill's Bourdon House, London. Lead luxury retail operations, sales teams, and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own daily trade by analyzing key performance indicators, managing sales pipelines, and developing recovery plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive boutique productivity through conversion rate analysis, units per transaction, average transaction value, and customer data insights
- Champion clienteling and CRM initiatives, overseeing client acquisition, retention, appointment generation, reactivation, and team client book development
- Deliver unparalleled customer service experiences measured by Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring impeccable execution of the Dunhill luxury experience
- Efficiently resolve client complaints to the highest service standards in accordance with store policy
- Maximize cross-category sales opportunities across RTW, leather goods, made-to-measure, bespoke, humidor, barber, and hospitality services
- Emphasize daily coaching and performance management to develop future talent and foster continuous improvement culture
- Maintain strong, visible leadership presence on the shop floor, leading by example and driving luxury retail benchmarks
- Oversee operational efficiency across front and back of house, ensuring strict adherence to security procedures and health and safety standards
- Effectively cascade company communications to the store team
Qualifications
- Significant retail management experience in a high-end store environment
- Demonstrated commercial awareness and understanding of the luxury market
- Proven ability to analyze complex reports and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience in effectively supervising and developing teams
- Strong understanding of luxury products including leather goods, menswear, writing instruments, and jewelry
